We have an excellent opportunity for someone with workshop experience, or with a vehicle maintenance or airport operations background.
Working within TMS, providing telephone support to customers, proactively managing fleet availability and recovery plans in a live 24/7 support centre environment, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service at all times.
The jobholder will be responsible for handling and resolving breakdowns (including recovery), incidents, defect reporting, progress and status updates, customer feedback and query resolution and facilitation of communication between customers and the company.
This is a shift work position, working 4 on 4 off, with a full rotation of days/lates/nights
