Reason for the vacancy:
This is an exciting time for our company! There is a lot of work to get done as the company scales. We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader.
YOUR MISSION
In your first mission, you will be part of our National Team whose main focus is to implement SAP across the group, over a period of 2 years.
In this assignment your main tasks will be:
- Training the local staff to use the system
- Becoming a key user
-Help develop the process
-Data management
During these two years, you will have acquired the following key skills, useful throughout your career:
- SAP expertise
- Change Management
- Finance & Accounting
- Process Management
- Development of your leadership skills

Position Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering is highly advantageous.
Willingness to travel 70% of the working year
Always at the office. Onsite somewhere, hotel, workshop or office.
Flexibility around hours (Meetings at night, some WHF flexibility on that)
Willingness to undertake Logic test
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical check
Personal Attributes:
Systematic: A good explainer with efficient processes and a strong understanding of systems.
Pays attention to the basics, such as punctuality and consistently delivers quality work.
Proficient in Excel skills, particularly in handling big data blocks.
Skilled at fostering inclusivity and actively involving people.
A self-starter.
Demonstrates intelligence and values.
Works diligently and adheres to disciplines, including mechanical, mechatronics, error correction, and manufacturing processes.

10:00 am - 6:30 pm
