ABOUT THE JOB

This is an exciting time for our company! There is a lot of work to get done as the company scales. We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader. To attract the best talent to support our company’s growth, we are looking for an International Talent Recruiter.  

You will be part of the Global HR team with enthusiastic HR professionals. We strive to deliver the best service to our employees and support the fast-growing organization internationally. Next to this we also take care of the staff at HQ level (approx. 100 colleagues).  We work closely together to ensure that all HR-related questions, annually recurring HR processes and improvement projects are handled in a professional and smooth manner. We are eager to learn and try to improve every day by sharing knowledge of topics in the HR field.

 

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT

  • As International Talent Recruiter, you will develop creative and efficient ways to find the profiles needed for our growth strategy and employer branding

  • Being the first point of contact for potential candidates, you are the ambassador of our values: passion, integrity, accountability and open-mindedness

  • You will collaborate closely with the Talent Coordinator and hiring managers to define the needs and requirements

  • You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle: writing the job descriptions, sourcing the right candidates, managing the job boards, interviewing and making the job offer

  • You will build a network and proactively reach out to potential talent to increase TCR brand awareness

  • You will support our global entities with advice and assist them with their recruitment challenges

  • You stay up-to-date of the latest trends on the recruitment market

  • Overall, you ensure a great candidate experience

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment (agency or in company)

  • Self-starter with strong interviewing and organizational skills

  • Understands what drives and motivates people

  • Works independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Strong communicator, as you need to be able to communicate to all levels and have the ability to provide objective and balanced feedback to unsuccessful candidates

  • Excellent level of Dutch and English, good level of French. Any other language spoken in one of our entities is a plus.

  • Fits in our ambitious, driven HR team and tackles every challenge with a smile and “don’t worry, I got this” attitude
